New developments Monaco

Gaining square footage by extending over the sea or deconstructing in order to rebuild, this is how Monaco continues to see its urbanization expand and redevelop throughout the years.
Developments projects, each more grandiose than the last, have been added to the Monegasque landscape to meet the growing demand for high quality housing.
The objective of the "new programs" is clear: to offer new opportunities for modern and luxurious housing, while redesigning the Principality of tomorrow in an ingenious and sustainable way.

Some of the completed projects have caused a major buzz, such as the ONE MONTE-CARLO, which is located just a few steps away from the prestigious Monte-Carlo Casino and the Hôtel de Paris.
Its six pavilions, harmoniously housed in the center of the prestigious Carré d'Or, include 37 apartments for long-term rental as well as triplexes of up to 800 square meters, luxury boutiques, restaurants, offices and storage spaces.
Le One, which opened in 2019, radiates urban excellence and perfectly reflects the expectations of Monaco's clientele.

But other large-scale projects have also been a great success:

THE STELLA with its bold design comprising 99 luxury apartments as well as 2 villas, was one of the most anticipated real estate developments of 2018.

TOUR 26 CARRÉ D'OR comes to complement its neighbor One Monte-Carlo and brought an dream-like twist to this ultra-luxurious neighborhood. 20 floors composed of high-end apartments, luxury stores as well as a fitness and spa area reserved only for its residents.

THE PALAIS DE LA PLAGE on Avenue Princesse Grace sets the tone for what Monaco is becoming. The modern building located between the Bahia and Estoril has taken the place of a bourgeois building dating from the early 1900s. It is composed of 12 prestigious apartments including a duplex and a triplex, 2 commercial spaces and 41 parking spaces.

Those to come: Mareterra, 45G, L'Exotique, Villa Portofino, Bay House, Le Méridien, Villa Palazzino Monaco...

Mareterra

Considered one of the largest projects in the history of Monaco, L'Anse du Portier or Mareterra, will allow the Principality to extend nearly 60,000 m² on the sea. The new district has been completely designed to adapt to the marine environment. Four residential areas will be harmoniously anchored in this new territory: the Renzo, the Jardins d'Eau, the Villas and the Townhouses. That’s a total of, 110 apartments, 10 villas, a marina, shops, a Monegasque Convention Center, etc.
The colossal construction site started in 2017 and will continue up until December 2024.

The 45G

The lavish 45G will have entailed the demolition of two bourgeois buildings on rue Grimaldi in the Condamine district, just a few steps from the Hercules port. The project managers Frédéric Genin and Agence Arch will offer a range of apartments with a total of 72 properties spread over 14 floors, 2 penthouses each with a swimming pool on the roof terrace. The 158 parking spaces will be spread over a total of 7 underground floors.

L’Exotique

The Jardin Exotique neighborhood overlooking the Principality is getting ready to welcome another exceptional building. This combination of high-end apartments and tropical vegetation will have everything to offer those who wish to feel immersed in one of the Principality's most sought-after future complexes.

Bay House

With delivery currently scheduled for the beginning of 2024, Bay House will be built along the Boulevard d'Italie to Avenue Princesse-Grace. Surrounded by prestigious facilities such as the Country Club of Monaco, the Monte-Carlo Beach, Testimonio II and the Monte-Carlo Bay, this new luxury complex will add a touch of luxury to the Larvotto district. It will include 54 exceptional apartments accompanied by its 5 villas each with their own private swimming pool.
