REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR RENTAL CANDIDATES :

SIGNING THE RENTAL OFFER AND RENTAL FEES :

THE RENTAL OFFER is a document used to initiate the negotiation of the real estate property. The rental terms, price and conditions are mentioned and will be repeated in the lease.
THE RENTAL FEES represent the sum of what needs to be paid before the beginning of the lease.

Here are the details of rental fees in the Principality of Monaco:

The rental offer must be accompanied by a reservation check (deposit) that represents the security deposit plus the agency fees. The offer is always subject to the acceptance of the property owner (or their representative).

SIGNING THE RENTAL CONTRACT : THE LEASE

The lease features the following: the identification of the parties, the description of the property, the start date of the lease, the rental period including the financial conditions, the deposit.
The lease contract must be established in three copies which will be sent to the tax services to be officially registered, a copy will be given to you in order for you to proceed with the request for residency in Monaco.

INVENTORY

An entry inventory will take place the day you receive the keys. This document records the condition of the property and its equipment. At the end of the lease, another exit inventory will be conducted before returning the keys to the owner.
The inventories will be operated by our agency or with a monégasque bailiff.
